Gillard has received an advance for her coming auto-biohraphy of $400,000 I believe.
She's already had two major "Speaking" engagements - (loose terminology) - consisting of Keating sycophant Anne Summers, rattling off a list of pre-arranegd questions from some shopping list - and Gillard's "yes" or "no" shallow elaborations on same. NIL spontanaety here from this "interviewer". (A bit like the all one way Question Time under Anna Burke!")
And where did Gillard rattle on?. Why, NOT the economical local town hall. Oh, no. Nothing but the best. Why. The Sydney Opera House - AND the Melbourne Town Hall. Not cheap venues to lease. Wonder what the ticket take was? What was the profit?
Very expensive mutual admiration obsequious alleged twaddle between Summers and Gillard - I'd guess. And who were all the misguideds who paid good money to go hear this alleged bovine excrement? Why, all the very well heeled inner suburban Labor luvvies (probably the only women who could afford it!)
Talking of this sets me to wondering - just HOW is Michael Smith's faring? In his long running quest for some truths. with regard to matters concerning Gillard, Wilson, and Blewitt?
There'll be a book launch eventually, winder who's paying for that?
I was never much into fairy tales, myself. So I wont be partaking. Wonder how much a copy - $69.95 upwards, I'll bet!
