Driving past one of the "GP Superclinics" today it crossed my mind that they were promised in '07. This looks close to completion but most aren't and the extras promised in '10 are still in dreamland.
Surely even the followers are noticing that all promises are to be delivered eventually, IF the states pay a significant part of them.
