Pretty good management would have seen money still sitting in treasury like Krudd was able to access.
Nothing in the cupboard following years of high mining income etc. S*#t country roads, S*#t heath system. Nice walk bridge accross the creek in Vegas though.
Sorry but pretty poor economic management over the last 10 years.
