Cerhob, is that all she said or is it just a headline statement? Employers do need to think hard about the IR legislation as it is a very important issue. They also need to recognise that the repeal and replacement of work choices was the key election platform of the Government. On Julia Gillards capabilities polling indicates that more people would prefer her to be Prime Minister than Malcolm Turnball. That tells the actual situation in my opinion.

Hope 2009 will be better ecoomically better than 08. In terms of the political debate seems a bit one sided at the moment but I know it will begin to even out some time in the future. Thats the nature of Australian politics.
