    What copossibly be commercially sensitive? Would have thought it would benefit companies in the industry to know exactly what the governments plans are so they themselves can plan ahead. They are hiding the truth here. Release all the information now.

    The first part calls on the government to release an uncensored version of the Broadband Department's 248-page "red book" by Monday.

    The incoming government brief was published on its website on Tuesday night, following freedom of information requests, but much of the information has been withheld.
