This claim is nonsense, and you know it.
That press conference was called at a moment's notice with journalists not totally familiar with the details of the Gillard-Wilson story. An ambush if you like.
I bet if Hedley Thomas and perhaps Michael Smith had been there she wouldn't have done it. They'd have known what questions to ask.
