She was more involved than she is now admitting.
There is a paper trail.
Young and naïve doesn't cut it in my book she was an industrial lawyer (at Partner level no less!) and should have, or would have, known this association was dodgy. Also that it didn't have the requisite numbers to form a quorum.
This is why she didn't open a file or notify the other partners about the work she was doing.
This is why she left S&G once the details came to light.
DODGY DODGY DODGY.
Certainly not the exemplary behaviour expected of a partner of a respected law firm, an officer of the court, and ultimately our Prime Minister.
By all means go your hardest defending this person, but you wont change my mind one bit. BTW 'legal' is the lowest standard you can get away with. Ethical, or Moral, is the highest standard.
You choose what you are happy to accept.
