Julia Gillard is a classic case of the dangers of trying to fill quotas to push women ahead. I'm sure her whole working life she has been pushed up the ladder due to the "need to have more female representation" both At her law firm and in politics, until she ended up Prime Minister. A nice enough person but hopelessly unfit for the office.
