I don't expect to find much sympathy for the disabled in this thread.

This possible tax (and it hasn't even been promulgated yet) is the most publicly acceptable way to fund the disability insurance scheme.

This country has always prided itself on being fair and equitable. A disability insurance scheme is the best way to achieve this.
