oorain spending money in RSL clubs certainly benefits the local economy as they are a local business and 100% australian owned.
As to the 5% or so of Aussies who were or went overseas..so what? The other 95% spent it here.
ALSO in case you are not aware of it other countries who made stimulus payments to their citizens paid those who were in Australia...pretty good eh so stop the whining.
