I have rated Anna Bligh's handling of the situation. I didn't think I'd ever say that. She has been direct, to the point, and willing to defer when the time is right.

Joooolia on the other hand talks a dumbed down version, states the bleeding obvious and whenever my 10yo daughter walks into the room while Joooolia is on TV, she shrieks and runs the other way. That is not a learned reaction either, it seems totally involuntary.

It did amaze me that the assistant AG, when in Rockhampton late last week, managed to apportion some blame on the previous Government (for lack of infrastructure) and climate change for the floods.

Now's not the time to play blame games. So I'm not blaming Joooolia for a poor performance.
