clearly none of you understand the legal process

evidence needs to be assessed as to credibility, consistency, reliability, sufficiency whether or not an offence has been committed.

the decision is a matter for the Director of Public Prosecutions. There are many reasons why a decision may be taken not to proceed with laying charges and prosecution against an individual.

One of many reasons why a prosecution would not proceed, including whether evidence is given against another person of interest, who may become an accused.

You guys would be judge and jury...and hangman as well no doubt.

Give the hate a rest FGS.

Oh and BTW Gillard was perfectly entitled to be angry, you guys indulge in it each and every day in here as some kind of moral right....it's been going on on a daily basis.

She was pretty quiet about it except for that single electrifying speech, which floored Abbott and the opposition. The funniest bit is watching Eric Abetz covering for Abbott by making numerous distracting movements with his hands while Turnbull squirmed in his seat. Pretty funny.
