However this is a unique situation, significantly brought about by Michael Smith's dogged determination.
Bruce Wilson and Blewitt WILL be charged. You can bet your first born on that fact.
With all the evidence that is available on Smith's website, what VicPol have now and will/should get when the LPP appeals gets the hump will ensure that it won't stop with Wilson and Blewitt.
Any individual or organistation, including government who tries to interfere would be exposed as aiding and abbetting a crime. It won't happen.
Having said that the only CERTAINTY at the moment is that Wilson and Blewitt will be charged. After that?
What needs to happen is that the police are left alone to do the job, that we, the community expect of them, to protect us from criminal activity
