If the "deal" is deemed unlawful, albeit the export from Australia component of the deal, will Australia be left with the cost of all 4000 new Australians? + the 800 that will arrive.. probably in the next month?
If so, then Gillard has successfully enhanced the "People Smugglers" model by offering 6 new Australians for the price of 1. These guys are going to be falling over each other to get on boats, and they will be cheered on by those in Malaysia dreaming of a new life in Australia.
Each new arrival frees 5 others!
Everybody wins ... except the Australian taxpayer ... but then again that is nothing new for the Brillard team.
Everytime these clowns meet and come up with another ill conceived hair brained scheme ... 100's of millions of dollars gets flushed away!
