geez, why dont the experts think about these problems

they have had the inquiry into the QLd floods of 2011, I wonder if the question was raised ?

I had suggested we need the army reserves called in to assist with the bush fires, but it was suggested that is too dangerous for the army

I wonder if the army can bring in boats to save some people in the floods, or is there another excuse to be had

I would think it a good idea to teach our army people to be able to help out with floods and fire
that is a regular event in this Sunburnt country of ours

otherwise it appears we rely on many old people to volunteer
in all these disasters...many look over 65 or pensioners
