Correction - I meant "years ago".

Yes, our own kids are left to freeze and rot and starve and scrounge in the streets - drunk, or drugged, and seemingly with no hope - but the do-gooder bleeding hearts churchies and charities will rush to take in boat people's kids - AND take them away from their own parents! That in itself is disgraceful, and will be very traumatizing for families and children alike.

Why haven't they ever rushed to offer our own Aussie kids a bed and a roof over their heads!

Double standards - that's why!
