The fact they reported achieving greater than desired results under the cost required sometime ago, yet nothing has come to fruition either illustrates BOD inability, or P&G (although losing market share rapidly) didn't see it as significant enough to fast track.
Fun part is we we likely won't know (cone of silence) until either it's too late and disappears from company discussion or it's in pre launch.
