    Yes, it's incredible it took from March to November to bring down the decision.

    I reckon there's a lot more to this that has been revealed. Prior's words

    "I could not understand how or why the students had not already been suspended or disciplined. I felt as though I had personally been found ridiculous for fearing physical assault and a KKK presence in the university."

    indicate she was traumatised by something not mentioned in the case or in the Australian report. It's possible that other much more offensive material was posted about her and was not reported or was deleted. What happened to the "nigger" comment? The judgement states that it did not happen.

    I have to agree with the defence lawyer, though, that nobody won, everyone lost; and Triggs has the main responsibility for that.
