Triggs was heavily criticised by the defending QC in the QUT alleged discrimination case for allowing the action to proceed as far as it did and for the delay, mishandling and general incompetence.
The surprising issue to me is that computers were set aside in the first place for exclusive use by indigenous students. This smacks of apartheid.
