The Garden Island Microgrid Project will include a 2MW solar array.  

How many panels in an array that size?  About 8000 from what I can tell.

What will it look like?  Something like this I am guessing.




It is a shame we have lost contact with the sailor that lived at HMAS Stirling on Garden Island.  He gave us some really good updates on the progress of PWEP.

You never know, he might reappear when work gets going, which should be very soon.
