To add to Grenfire's post, the placement to Cannacord @ 10 cents has not occurred yet otherwise TON would have issued an Appendix 3B outlining the placemnent.
The TON quarterly, due by 31 October, will show a reduction in cash from $778K balance at 30 June.
Note SYR had cash at bank of $762K at 30 September 2011 and had their initial CR @ 15 cents 6 weeks later in December 2011 after annoucing the Jacana transaction on 31 October.
TON may have a similar time frame for the Cannacord raising.
