Anyone have a favourite Gin

I'm a relative new comer to the G&T, about one year. I have been trying various brands and looking at production methods. Some producers boil the botanicals in the Still while others extract the flavours using the vapourous alcohol. I've even heard of producers adding the flavours by way of essential oil to the distillate.

I would have to say, given the choice and all things being equal such as price, that Bombay Saphire is my preferred brand. The botanicals are extracted by the vapour.
