Hi Cogs, well I never thought Gin could be so complex.
My son mentioned Bulldog gin as his favourite the other day, I just looked it up and think is sounds very interesting.
I do like a G&T, think it's important fill the glass with ice first add twist of lime or lemon, pour the gin over then tonic water.
