Here's how I think Gina could get involved...

Gina - has $. Would like to supply India with lithium.

LTR - needs $, had plans for expansion from 3Mtpa to 4, but additional 1Mtpa currently shelved. 90% of original 3mtpa already allocated in offtake agreements.

Gina makes $ available to LTR on favourable terms, in return for securing the additional 1Mtpa offtake in long term deal at essentially the bottom of the "lithium price". Supplies India at profit when "lithium price" rises.

Avoids TO messiness, which still wouldn't solve her India supply problem given 90% of offtake already bound up in supply agreements, and also avoids production/operation risk.
