    The buy went unnoticed & wasn't a major shareholder upgrade, however its news for CLR.

    FWIW's HPPL has 41 such subsidiaries, refer their recent Channel-10 venture under HanRine.

    For a complete list of HPPL sub's, refer ASX update dt 5th Aug for MIN (page 4).
