GINA RINEHART has called for the entire north of Australia to be exempt from the mining tax, saying the south should do a trial first. "The 57-member ANDEV is in constant communication, sharing ideas and evolving policies with multiple group emails each day. Manners says the group is becoming much more refined in its operations. Where ANDEV goes from here is anyones guess, but with this much money and power behind it lets not forget Rineharts new seat on the Ten board it is difficult to see it fading into obscurity."
