I wouldn't think Hancock would make a bid until production is in full swing and all the problems are sorted out . Shorters are working in Hancocks favor like previously keeping the price down . They were prepared to pay $3.00 few months ago , unless another bidder comes along cannot see any movement from Hancock and India until mid year imo
