From memory, Gina has worked in the business from Day 1, at least 3 decades ago. Firstly supporting her Dad's efforts and then bulding on them.

What she is today can squarely be sheeted home to her own very determined and obviously talented gritty efforts. That cannot be said for her children and their efforts to date. To me it just looks like they want to strip wealth now, without adding value and without a lot of effort.

From the outside looking in I can sense why Gina is resisting and I feel she is more than likely justified. Those kids need to dig deep and find it in themselves to add value in the business before they take imo.
