As expected here we are Monday Ginas agreement not to buy LTR through hostile takeover has expired (on Sunday) . The stock rallies 10% on Friday.....imagine these sort of returns were that obvious all the time...
I can't imagine a bid by Gina next week.....the Lithium spot price has not moved so essentially no need from a valuation perspective that she needs to bid more than $2 a share to clean this up. Given the amount of stock traded under $1.80.
Rubbing my crystal peanuts I think she will let the shorters keep chipping away back down to the 90c mark and unless we see a change in the Lithium price her tax advisers will tell her to launch a bid in June or July this year dependent on whats best for her tax outcome...sorry for all those thinking that we will be able to hold onto this dream(LTR) for the long term...
