In my opinion her strategy can be summarised as follows:

1/ Bully ALB out of the way "we WA billionaires don't need you yanks in our backyard"
2/ The LTR BOD's support of the ALB $3 offer was only in the absence of a "superior proposal". Go back and check the wording of the announcement if you are unsure.
3/ Gina is now laying the groundwork for a superior proposal which she will be putting to the BOD shortly to convince them to decline the ALB offer. Her public statements that the KV project still has many hurdles is code to both the large and small shareholders for "you need me, I have power, money, experience, expertise and hold over 10% of the issued capital. you don't need ALB, stick with me and we will get large capital appreciation and dividends. All you get with ALB is $3 and see you later"
4/ Her latest statement said she is in this "for the long haul" , that is from her father's play book and a philosophy espoused by Gina her whole life. Try and stop her at your peril.
5/ So her "superior proposal" is simple. "Sell to ALB for $3 OR give me a seat on the board and go mining and refining with my help and support and I will make you richer.

Will the LTR BOD and TG support her? I think yes and the only thing that will stop her is a vastly increased bid from ALB, which I do not rule out.

Everything else is noise. She is building up to the above and everything she is doing is 100% consistent with it. AIMO.
