@pastperformer You're right. she doesn't currently have a board position and she can short all she likes BUT do you honestly think she will get a board seat even after she closed her positions based on her actions?
I agree that Gina is likely to vote no. Gina voting no is completely different to Gina shorting the stock.
"She can get set below $3, block the deal and make money when the share price drops." How exactly is she going to make money when the share price drops? Please explain it to me.
