Yeah I also said on my Post #: 70039336 before yesterday; "I don't think Gina will try to takeover LTR. If she can't make it now, it'd be even hard for her later." That means there is till possibility that she may want to take over LTR however it's a small possibility for now IMO because her press releases were showing the indication that she was working together with LTR.

So if she want to buy LTR she has to act now..!
She has to put a bid in next couple weeks.

Then we will see soon if she wants a take over or a big stake in LTR.

Btw, people are asking who was selling on market that much. My belief is that it was us, the retailers. Some are have already bought back and some are still thinking to buy back as it appears to them the sp will not go over $3 anyway.

But who knows, if Gina puts a bid on LTR next week, say at$3.25, then we will wait for ALB's counter bid at $3.50. This may take months we see the sp at $4 quickly but LTR will be closer and closer to the production then. It will be harder to takeover LTR later.

So they (ALB, Gina, etc..) should act fast and be generous in bids. Otherwise we won't sell it.

Btw, let's not forget that we, the retailers, are the largest stake holder here. We can block any friendly takeover by the number of our HIN numbers. The hostile takeover will be blocked separately by TG's, Gina's and even ALB and it's associates shares which are all over 10%.

So the one who wants to takeover LTR should be aware of us (the retail holders) and be generous.
