If Ansteel do not agree to a proposed pricing scheme and elect to withdraw from the project then what happens to the $600M of equity contributions to KML? Do they: remain with KML and GBG become 100% holders, get split 50:50 between GBG and Ansteel or does each contribution get returned to where it came i.e Ansteel gets its money back? Three options but three vastly different outcomes for GBG holders.
For the record I don't think Ansteel will want to pull out but the distrubution of the KML cash in such an event is a subject I have found management avoid.
