Major, I must have had a very bad day yesterday and misread your interpretation. So yes you were spot and apologies for creating any additional confusion.

I’m feeling very confident with my current lot but now also starting to feel a need to buy more to take full advantage of the inevitability of the project coming online. May take a hit on others over the coming week to satisfy this feeling.
