Things are improving and GJ's explanation helps deliver a little more confidence that they did "the right thing" by shareholders. I'm happy enough if they tried to source funding first but his wording doesn't exactly stipulate that clearly.

Anyway time to move on to the next stage and that's the debt funding I suppose.

Actually, thinking about it, the debt funding is most probably highly dependant on the EPA approval first? The bank would certainly have that stipulated in the terms and conditions.
