Funds are probably waiting upon final EPA approval and most importantly the completion of the CDB loan. Without the loan Karara will not be possible, thus funds will want this risk mitigated. Although I believe the above have a low risk as per oze1.
I am hoping to buy more GBG sub 70cents, it might not happen, however a few 200-300 falls on the DOW will achieve this.
