assuming GBG management knew EPA decisions takes 4-5 months after the process is completed is it fair to have expected they should have advised of production delays earlier? On the flip-side, it now seems the decision is finally getting close however I agree there's a lot of mixed messages out there at present. Seems higher likelihood GBG will retrace before making new highs.
