no I didn't miss that part.
The price moved 10% this morning- don't you feel that makes the announcement price sensitive enough that GBG should have asked for a halt until they can provide a release?

How price sensitive does it need to be before a halt is requested from the ASX then when the vast majority of holders would still be unaware that the EPA has released it's decision?

GBG is required to take action and price sensitive news regardless of the EPA release and 2 weeks appeal time.
