Hi Frank,
look at it this way then- what if the procedure and chain of events was exactly the same except that the EPA refused approval and the price was now plummeting? Do you think then that something should be done or just that the reports being on the EPA site and GBG had 2 weeks to appeal would suffice?
What of the majority of shareholders then that would be totally unaware why the stock was plummeting?

I'd be suprised if an announcement isn't warranted to fully inform the market.
