Yes finally all good, however I see the EPA is still up to some old tricks.

"While the EPA report recommends the approval of the Karara magnetite and Blue Hills North orebodies, it
recommends the Terapod deposit should be included in the Government’s conservation area. It should be noted that
during discussions with various Government departments in the review process, the Joint Venture partners advised
they were prepared to consider relinquishment of the tenement covering the Mungada Ridge, strictly on the basis
that Karara, Blue Hills North, Terapod and all associated infrastructure were approved. The Joint Venture partners are currently reviewing this issue, the findings of the EPA and the conditions attached to the report to determine whether they will appeal any conditions."

Time for the minister to show some intestinal fortitude and honour these previous discussions. Considering GBG did as they stated they would do, it can only be assumed that it was verbally agreed on (or possibly in writing) with GBG and the EPA and/or govt.

Yes it seems the EPA may have had a change of heart over this and possibly just a bit peeved at the recent (warranted) criticism directed toward them.

It will be good to watch this pan out.

Kudos to GBG for refraining from anything other than the report itself. They have every right to be annoyed over the way this matter has been handled by both the EPA and respective governments. Right to the very end report the EPA couldn't even get that right and has seemingly displayed a complete lack of professional business courtesy or respect for due process and company disclosure requirements.

Obviously still more to come, however at least the project has the potential to proceed FIRB pending.
