I call it sloppy work on behalf of the EPA. They issue the report at 0900 to the general public in tandem with making the report available to Gindalbie. You then expect Gindalbie to make an informed announcement to shareholders and the ASX without having a chance to review the EPA report?
The EPA report didn't warrant a suspension of trading either. However if it did, it's not as though they had time to contact the ASX before the report was made public, so in the ned it matters little anyhow.
