Isn't Shine being overrated, can't see how it can be a deal breaker or saviour for GBG.
7.3Mt @ 58.7%Fe. If Ansteel were to get it, it would just go in their inventory, they have DSO and certainly not going to replace any mag to export that.
If GBG left with it - no port, no haulage, no camp etc etc. and nobody pays much for small pod of low grade in ground DSO.
