OEL and KIK had simple one party deals on single permits.
NDO are looking to farm out three permits two of which have the national oil company PNOC as a 50% partner. Any deal will have to include PNOC and will require government approval before any announcement. All this complicates the deals, sorts out the wannabes from the serious players and beings out the deal makers trying to influence the RP government to swing their way.
I'm very confident it will all come through but it will take some time.
