a blast from the past Rock On, welcome back. Two things I don't understand about this stock (well let's stick with two). 1) The power struggle between what I believe are Melbourne v Perth large shareholders.
2)The fact that Gino was voted off the board by shareholders but got back on it within a week. I'm guessing it's not illegal but WTF.
if you or anyone can explain either of these two, that would be great.
I think it takes great arrogance and ego and self interest to get yourself reappointed when it's against the wishes of the shareholders. it will be something I will raise if I attend another AGM.
in saying that, Gino was sweating bullets at the two meetings I went to but he did have a better crack at talking to the position of the company compared to others.
