Giovinazzo-gate should be the focus on what is going on within this company.
No matter what decision is reached in the recently concluded Arbitration Giovinazzo-gate will have serious negative effects on this company going forward. This company is "financially flyblown" and it is rumored that more litigation is headed their way. How is it possible that this company can continue to explore for any mining resources?

In September 2024 the Supreme Court found that convicted fraudster, Michael Giovinazzo, was never the controlling shareholder of GPR nor was he even a director of that company at any time.

For the last 4 years this board appointed him to the exploration committee to conduct exploration activities. He has no formal qualifications in geology or mining. The most notable thing he has done is land himself in jail in the late 90's after being convicted of fraud.

The GPR supporters advise that during this time this board ignored overtures made by the legal controlling shareholder of GPR and the legally appointed directors of GPR. The outcome was that this board refused to communicate with them but instead chose to conduct their dealings with Giovinazzo who was masquerading as a director of GPR since mid 2021.

For four years this board engaged on a daily basis with Giovinazzo. A former staff member of RIM confirmed that he was instrumental in determining where to explore and where to drill. This is a joke! This throws all drilling results into question.

There is evidence that this board engaged in agreements with Giovinazzo involving millions of dollars, who signed off as the sole director of GPR when he was not a director of GPR. There appears to be reasonable grounds for aggrieved suppliers of those funds, which were sourced by Giovinazzo, to be requesting the return of substantial sums from RIM. This is a very serious situation.

After all of the above, this board had the temerity to terminate the earn-in agreements after extracting about $9 million from GPR leaving it with nothing.
One must seriously question the judgment of this board.
Do you really think the legal owners and legal directors of GPR are just going to walk away and not issue proceedings?
