The desperation Is showing - enough With the smokescreens, let’s call this for what it is.Every time arbitration closes in, and GPR supporters know a ruling is coming, the same tired playbook gets dusted off:

    (1) Blame Rimfire for GPR’s internal collapse
    (2) Invent liability where none exists
    (3) Try to shift attention from their own failures to Rimfire’s imaginary crimes

The facts haven’t changed, just the volume of the panic.

Fact 1: Rimfire dealt with the director GPR put forward — full stop.ASIC said he was the director. Rimfire contracted on that basis. If GPR’s house was built on fraud, that’s on GPR — not Rimfire

Fact 2: The money was spent on exploration under contract. No misrepresentation, no deceit, no Rimfire wrongdoing.GPR funded exploration to earn equity — they failed on their side. Now they want their money back? That’s not how JVs work

Fact 3: No regulator. No court. No lawsuit. No class action. If Rimfire had committed some grand fraud, don’t you think someone official would have acted by now? This isn’t hidden — it’s public. Nothing’s been filed

Fact4 : The louder the noise, the weaker the case.If GPR’s supporters believed arbitration would save them, they wouldn’t need to whip up fear of imaginary lawsuits and “mums and dads knocking on doors.” They’d let the result speak

Final word:This is a last-ditch attempt to shift blame ahead of an arbitration outcome they fear won’t go their way.Enough. The facts will decide this — not keyboard theatrics.
