@nosetradamus cannot believe that the Board did not do it's due diligence on this convicted fraudster, it is a 5 minute exercise. Once this fact was known he should never be introduced to a publicly listed ASX company.

Billis should be applauded as his causes of action may help the Mums and Dads in the region that have purportedly been defrauded in the $M's. Giovinazzo is allegedly cheating investors some 37 years on.

Come on @arekski @JeffTarango @thirsty @Jockeyboy and others. You may be Board sycophants / pseudonyms , but surely you don't back in a convicted fraudster?
