I like your take of the situation, never realy thought about the eia being approved by the government (EEAA) prior to financing being approved.
Still interesting that plans and design criteria are proceeding in parallel with the approval.
I wish it was made clear that if this were the case that the financing is tied together with the EEAA approval, however financing could be approved subject to EEAA compliance.
A market update would be most welcome. King Gipo.
