I rang the office and spoke to Kirsten, who sounded stressed, I asked to speak to Lee Boyd, and she told me leave a message and Mal Smart would ring me back.
I rang a previous employee of mine in SA and he told me more than likely the reason for any joint listing would be if stock is issued on the SA (Joberg) exchange they can hold it, if issued on the ASX the SA owners would have to sell any stock issued, hope that makes sense.
