    eshmun raises a good point.

    The Nabeba Mining Permit has been approved, as has the Mbalam Convention. From what I gather though, the Mbalam Mining Permit is being withheld.

    The Cameroon Government looks to be sitting on this item until either SDL can demonstrate mine funding is achievable, or the tenement is transferred.
